Health Care Navigator

Health Care Navigators assist recently arrived Afghans in scheduling medical appointments, arranging transportation to and from hospitals and clinics, accessing medical interpreters,
and navigating insurance plans. Navigators work with community members based on their medical and financial needs to refer them to care providers. ACS currently works in partnership with the Community-University Healthcare Center at the University of
Minnesota to help refugees access well rounded and affordable healthcare.
