Listen to Avaz (Voices) on KFAI!

On March 8th, ACS joined community radio station KFAI for International Women’s Day to discuss the social and political conditions currently faced by women in Afghanistan and talk to women leading projects that empower Afghan women and girls around the world.

Hosted by our resident Healthcare Navigator and Radio Host, Atefa Tavasoli, we also hear from our advocacy director Nasreen Sajady about what Afghan Cultural Society means to her; and the director of the Afghanistan Chapter of Women in Tech Dr. Zahra Nazari about how the Afghanistan chapter of WIT got started and what it’s goals for the future are.
