Healthcare Navigator

Healthcare Navigators assists refugees in scheduling medical appointments, arranging transportation to and from hospitals and clinics, accessing medical interpreters, navigating insurance plans, and applying for medical assistance and disability. Navigators work with community members based on their medical and financial needs to refer them to care providers. ACS currently works in partnership with the Community-University Healthcare Center at the University of Minnesota to help refugees access well rounded and affordable healthcare.

MNSure Enrollment Assistance

Our Healthcare Navigator is available to assist all Minnesota residents in enrolling onto a health insurance plan through MNsure. If need help setting up a MNsure account, completing an application for enrollment, or deciding what plan is right for you and your family, contact us.
