Joined the state task force in planning, welcoming, advocating for newly arrived refugees in Minnesota. Conducted community needs assessment and volunteered at the hotel through the salvation army. Assisted organizations and holding donation drives.

Joined State’s Resettlement Program Office (RPO) to serve Afghan families in need via the Family Assister Consortium & Family & Youth Coaching services. Consortium.
